It took me 11 months, now I’ve finally figured out how to adjust my dough for this tropical climate. This bread is #everything! 

My motivation: weaning my family off of an endless supply of store-bought bread. Really nourishing them with bread made from wholesome ingredients by someone who truly loves them.
